She is currently Chief of Planning and Development at the Aseer Development Authority (ASDA).
Prior to joining ASDA, Francesca held the position of Senior Director of Master Planning & Design at Saudi Downtown Company (SDC), a PIF company whose mandate is to deliver 12 mixed-use masterplans across KSA.
Between 2018 and 2021 she was Planning Director and Acting Chief of County Zoning and Planning within the Royal Commission for AlUla (RCU), where she led the strategic regional planning of the AlUla County and the development of the local Masterplans.

Nicholas King is the Group Chief Development Officer of Red Sea Global (RSG), the developer behind The Red Sea and Amaala, two ambitious tourism projects set along the northwestern coast of Saudi Arabia. These destinations will play key roles in the realization of Vision 2030, the Kingdom’s economic roadmap for the future.
Nicholas joined the organization in September 2020, bringing with him more than three decades of experience in successful International real estate development.
Prior to joining RSG, Nick was principal of SunCal, one of the largest private land developers in the United States. In that role he led urban development activity, as well as having a guiding hand across all projects including land developments on both coasts ranging from 2,000 to 55,000 acres. Nick had direct responsibility for the acquisition and development of numerous award-winning projects including, most recently, a three million square foot mixed-use development in the Arts District of Los Angeles designed by Herzog & De Meuron.
Before SunCal, Nick operated throughout the Asia Pacific region, developing and investing in luxury residential, integrated resort, and complex mixed-use urban projects, both through his own business as well as in a leadership capacity for organizations such as ING Real Estate, Shell Real Estate and Hillwood Asia.
He received his Master’s Degree in Urban Design, specializing in Real Estate Development, from Harvard University. He was awarded an MBA from the University of Chicago and completed the Global Leadership Program at IMD in Lausanne.

Among the milestone projects led by Ignacio include the Dubai Metro Expo 2020 route, SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, W Hotel Mina Seyahi and ENOC Mobility Station. Exciting new projects under development include the Red Palace, a reimagination of Riyadh’s historic palace into a six-star boutique hotel and NEOM’s futuristic ski resort Trojena Ski Village.
Ignacio began his career in Madrid. He later moved to Barcelona, where he worked for over two years on the New City of Justice, a project that won the prestigious RIBA Award in 2010. During his tenure, his diverse portfolio also included Torre Agbar commercial tower, designed by Pritzker Prize winner Jean Nouvel and America’s Cup Foredeck Building designed by David Chipperfield. Prior to his current role at Aedas, Ignacio was Design Director at Godwin Austen Johnson, where he led the design of Al Seef project in the historical part of Dubai Creek and the Phase 1 of the Kingdom Tower Masterplan.
Widely acclaimed for his work, Ignacio has won several awards including Young Architect of the Year at the Middle East Architect Awards 2010 and Best Residential Project of the Year for Red Sea Riviera Master Plan, Cityscape Global Awards 2011 for Diplomatic Quarter Celebration Hall and Best Hospitality project for The Chedi Khorfakkan at Middle East Architect Awards 2012. His work has been featured in Fisuras Magazine, Future Architecture Magazine, Via Arquitectura, 2A, Dezeen and Archidaily to name a few.
Ignacio's commitment extends beyond design; he aims to create lasting impacts in both architecture and the region. He dedicates his efforts to mentoring young local architects, encouraging them to think creatively and explore new ideas. He also collaborates as guest critic at different Universities and has been part of key design conferences in the MENA region such as the World Architecture Congress in Dubai, Architectural Design Days in Riyadh, DesignMENA Summit, Cityscape Global Conference and Leaders of Architecture. More recently, he has also been a named of the most influential architects in the Middle East by Construction Week and Design Middle East and has been on several architecture and design power lists.

Dr. Fahad bin Mushayt is the Chief Executive Officer at ASFAR, the Saudi
tourism investment company that is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Public
Investment Fund established to drive the growth of tourism investment in
partnership with the private sector to create captivating destinations in Saudi
Arabia for visitors from all over the world in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Dr. Mushayt has recently been honored as one of the Top 100 CEOs in the
Middle East by Forbes, a recognition that underscores his exceptional leadership
and strategic vision at ASFAR. This accolade highlights his commitment to
driving innovation and excellence within the Kingdom’s tourism sector, where
he has successfully propelled the organization to new heights.
Boasting more than two decades of experience, Dr. Fahad bin Mushayt's illustrious career spans across multifaceted domains
including city management, mega investments in real estate, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business development, and
operations management. He has also taken on challenging roles in myriad sectors including information technology and
telecommunications, as well as infrastructure development.
Before his tenure at ASFAR, Dr. Mushayt held pivotal positions in both government and semi-government entities. He spent
nearly twenty years at the Saudi Telecom Group holding several other key positions including Chief Executive Officer of Mega
Strategic Projects, Vice President for Business Development, and Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Performance. He
then became the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Telecom Specialized Company for three years. In 2021, he became Deputy
Governor for Investment and Business Development at the State Property General Authority, after being Chief Executive
Officer of the Diplomatic Quarter General Authority (DQGA) in Riyadh for three years.
He has also served on the boards of various organizations worldwide including Maxis Communication Berhad Holding
Company in Malaysia, Aircel Company in India, and Axis Company in Indonesia, to name a few.
Dr. Fahad bin Mushayt holds a PhD in Economics, Political Economy and Public Policies from the University of Southern
California and a master’s degree in economics from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He also holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Operations Research from King Saud University, Riyadh. In July 2024, Dr. Mushayt completed the
Advanced Management Development Program at Harvard University. His ongoing commitment to professional development
reflects his dedication not only to personal growth but also to the advancement of the tourism sector in the Kingdom, ensuring
