RICA Rules
The nominations are open until the 6th of September 2026 mid-night (Saudi Time Zone)
Only the companies, projects and individuals with primary role as per the category will be considered
A submission can have nominations for minimum 1 to maximum 18 categories
Only the nominations received on the official nominations page will be considered
Nominations of companies/ individuals working on live projects in Saudi Arabia will be considered
The nomination process will conclude within 10 working days from 6th September, 2026, post which a maximum of 5 top finalists per category will be published, based on the qualification criteria mentioned above and ranking from the advisory board. Only exception to this will be the Honorary RICA
The organisers reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information submitted as part of a nomination. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in disqualification
By submitting a nomination, nominees grant the organisers the right to share the submitted information with the Advisory Board for the purpose of finalizing the nomination.
Post the nomination list is published, the voting lines open. Dates will be announced shortly after the nomination lines are closed.
Every finalist should submit a video for their respective category before the 10th of September 2026
The finalist who receives the highest number of valid votes in each category, as determined by the administrator and as described above, will be deemed the winner of the category
Only the votes cast from valid email addresses will be considered
The winners determined post the voting closure will be awarded at the Awards' ceremony on the 12th of November 2026 at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 6:00 PM Onwards
For 'Individual Titles' the trophies will be handed on stage, to the winning individuals only.
For 'Project Titles and Company Titles' the trophies will be handed on stage, to the C-Suite representatives of the winning Projects & Companies respectively.
The winners will be announced on the 12th of Nov at the RICA Ceremony only.
The organisers have no influence over or control of the public voting process or its outcome. Finalists are encouraged to actively promote their nomination through their own communication channels, networks and marketing initiatives to maximise legitimate public participation and support.
The organizers reserve the right, but are not obligated, to disqualify, block or remove any nominations/votes from any individual who nominates/votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the nomination/voting process, or for any other reason, as determined by the organizers in their sole discretion.
If for any reason the nomination/voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical or reporting failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of the organizers is corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, the organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to take any action they deem appropriate or to withdraw the transmission of any vote, but are in no way obligated to do so.
Please note: RICA is a voting-based awards' programme and does not levy any charge for nomination, voting or the award itself. The organizer does not favour the nominations, votes or the award for any monetary gains and any such attempt should be recognized as fraud and to be immediately reported to the organizer on rica@gbbventure.com
